We offer Perfumes, Serums, and Natural Oils. We make every reasonable effort to display product images, descriptions, ingredients, and details as accurately as possible. However: ● Due to variations in screen settings, device displays, and photography lighting, slight differences in colour, texture, or perceived fragrance intensity may occur between the image displayed and the actual product received. Such variation shall not be considered a defect. ● Fragrance notes and scent perception are inherently subjective and may be perceived differently by different individuals depending on skin chemistry, body temperature, and personal sensitivity. ● We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update the formulation, packaging, or presentation of any Product at any time without prior notice, provided such change does not materially compromise product quality. ● All batch/manufacturing and expiry information, where applicable, will be printed on the product packaging.

● All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as indicated at checkout. ● For international orders, prices displayed do not include destination-country customs duties, import taxes, or local levies, which remain the responsibility of the Customer (see Shipping Policy, Section 5). ● We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the Website, including after an order has been placed, and reserve the right to cancel any order affected by a pricing error, with a full refund issued to the Customer. ● We reserve the right to modify product pricing, run promotional discounts, or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.

● We accept the following payment methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability and applicable order-value limits for COD orders. ● All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. The Company does not store your complete card or banking credentials on its servers. ● An order is considered confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment, except in the case of COD orders, which are confirmed upon successful order placement, subject to verification. ● In the event of a failed transaction where an amount has been debited from the Customer's account but the order was not confirmed, any applicable refund will be processed automatically by the payment gateway/bank within their standard timelines (typically 5–10 business days).

● The receipt of an order confirmation email/SMS does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions, or issues identified with your account or delivery address. ● Customers may request modification (such as address correction) or cancellation of an order by contacting our support team before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled, and the Customer will need to follow the Return & Refund Policy instead. ● In case of order cancellation by the Company for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the Customer using the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
